Hank runs the website Honest-Food.net, is the author of 4 cookbooks including Duck Duck Goose, which is why he was a perfect guest for the Union 0430 show. Hank spends his days "thinking about new ways to cook and eat anything that walks, flies, swims, crawls, skitters, jumps – or grows."

During this episode we discuss cooking ducks, what ducks taste good, how to and why we hang ducks, and more. And for you FP Waterfowl Association fans we talk about the mighty Merg.
